Apparel Product Care & Sizing
How do your sizes run? We use all dual-blend and tri-blend materials for maximum comfort and feel. Since they are blends with “stretch”, they are cut for a slightly tighter fit than a traditional 100% cotton (box) shirt.
Where can I find your sale section? We currently do not have a sale section on our website. If there is something that goes on sale, it will be indicated on the individual product page.
Do you have sales? There is not a specific time of year when we launch a sale, but by subscribing to our email list, you can be the first to know when we release coupon codes discounting our products. You can subscribe to emails at the bottom of the website's home page.
What I want is sold out? When will it be back in stock? If you want something that is sold out, you can be added to a list that will notify you when the item is restocked. To do so, simply select the sold out item and the size you want. Beneath the "sold out" button, click "notify me when available" and add your email. We'll take it from there! Be on the lookout in your inbox for when we restock the items!
Our Jewelry
How do I care for and prolong the life of my jewelry? We do not recommend wearing your jewelry in water. Remove your jewelry before exercising, swimming, showering, doing the dishes, putting on lotions, oils, or perfumes. (I personally wear my sterling silver rings all the time and just make sure to polish and clean them periodically).
Where is Growing GOATs jewelry made? All our jewelry is crafted by an artisan in Wyoming and made with locally sourced leathers.
What metals are used in Growing GOATs jewelry? Nugold, Copper, Sterling Silver- These are pure metals and will naturally tarnish with time, a small white polish pad (it's kind of like a mini magic eraser!) is included with your order to shine your piece back up. Jewelry tarnish is the result of a natural chemical reaction between the jewelry and the surrounding environment where the jewelry becomes darkened or discolored. Humidity and individual body chemistry can contribute to the speed and severity of tarnishing. You can store your jewelry in a sealed baggie to keep it from tarnishing as quickly. Aluminum- This metal is eco-friendly and a great alternative to sterling silver! We use food-grade aluminum that is lead and nickel-free & non-reactive (hypoallergenic). Aluminum will never rust or tarnish. Because this cuff is light-weight, it is great for layering and stacking with other bracelets. If it does become gunky from misuse then cleaning with mild soap and water and drying with a soft cloth should clean it right back up. Pewter- Pewter will not tarnish but it does naturally oxidize (darken) over time giving it an organic patina look. If you want your piece to look polished you can clean with mild soap and water and dry with a soft cloth. Another trick is to brush over it with steel wool to get the oxidization off. When not wearing, place your necklace in a small baggie or jewelry box.
