Recently, we experienced a flood in our neighborhood. The outpouring of help and concern from our neighbors was amazing. People reached out from far and wide to help in any way possible. Together we were able to build a sandbag barrier on our property to prevent our basement from flooding. I happen to be a claims adjuster and thought it helpful to share some tips on how to deal with the aftermath of a flood claim.
